Baland\u017eio m\u0117nesio pabaigoje Upsell projektas persik\u0117l\u0117 \u012f Slov\u0117nij\u0105, kurioje yra \u012fsik\u016brusios dvi partnerin\u0117s organizacijos, dalyvaujan\u010dios Upsell projekte. Susitikimo buvo diskutuojama ne tik apie tolimesn\u0119 projekto eig\u0105, laukian\u010dias u\u017eduotis ir i\u0161\u0161\u016bkius, ta\u010diau buvo lankomasi gerojoje praktikoje mokymosi vis\u0105 gyvenim\u0105 ir sidabrin\u0117s ekonomikos kontekste Slov\u0117nijoje ir dalyvaujama dirbtuv\u0117se, kuri\u0173 metu kartu su j\u0173 dalyviais buvome supa\u017eindinti su pagrindiniais aromaterapijos principas. Dirbtuv\u0117s pad\u0117jo tiek susipa\u017einti su aromaterapija, skirtingais kvapais ir j\u0173 kilme, tiek ir pa\u017einti dirbtuvi\u0173 organizavimo praktik\u0105 organizacijose – partner\u0117se. Gerosios praktikos aplankymo metu apsilank\u0117me vietoje pavadinimu “Infopoint 65+”, kurioje yra teikiamos paslaugos ne tik vyresnio am\u017eiaus \u017emon\u0117ms, ta\u010diau ir kitoms pa\u017eeid\u017eiamoms visuomen\u0117s grup\u0117ms. \u010cia apsilank\u0119 asmenys gali sulauki konsultacin\u0117s informacijos ir tolimesnio nukreipimo, susid\u016brus su fiziniu ar psichologiniu smurtu namuose, darbe ar kitoje aplinkoje. \u0160ias \u017einias parsive\u017e\u0117me \u012f Lietuv\u0105, ie\u0161kodami pana\u0161i\u0173 iniciatyvi\u0173 ir atitikmen\u0173 jau pa\u010dioje Lietuvoje.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of April, the Upsell project moved to Slovenia, where the two Upsell partner organisations are based. There was held a project meeting, which not only focused on the further development of the project, the tasks and challenges ahead of us, but also included visiting a good practice in the context of lifelong learning and the silver economy in Slovenia, and a workshop where we were introduced to the basic principles of aromatherapy together with the project participants. The workshop helped both to learn about aromatherapy, the different scents and their origins, and to get to know the practice of organising workshops in the partner organisations. During the good practice visit, we visited a place called “Infopoint 65+”, which provides services not only for older people but also for other vulnerable groups. Here, people can get counselling information and further referral in case of physical or psychological violence at home, at work or in other settings. We have taken this knowledge back to Lithuania, looking for similar initiatives and counterparts in Lithuania itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
